What I liked about the document is that it has identified, statewise, small hydro potential available in India. The total comes to about 14 GW, with states such as Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir having the most potential.
The document also provides details on the statewise numbers for the small hydro projects in progress.
All in all, an excellent document for those looking for small hydro projects status in India
