India is already one of the largest markets in the world for a wide variety of solutions in clean energy and environment, including Water Management. It will be an even larger market in the near future.

The furious growth in this nascent market necessitates diverse partnerships for businesses small and large. But there was no dedicated platform for partner identification for the Indian Water Management sector.

Until EAI launched the Water Management Partner Finder platform.

Stage 1: Sector Understanding

This stage comprises our team providing concise and valuable intelligence on the Indian Eco & Environmental Education ecosystem, in the context of business partnerships. This part of the work will also provide the client an excellent understanding of the profiles of companies that will make ideal partners.

Stage 2: Partner Identification

This stage comprises two components:

• Identification and shortlisting of partners – This part of the work will be predominantly done by the EAI’s team of consultants and analysts. This stage typically starts with a long list of prospects using our network and eventually arrives at an effective shortlist after detailed evaluation and due diligence.
• Coordinating interactions between prospective partners and clients – This stage will mainly involve interactions between clients and the shortlisted partner prospects, with EAI playing an enabling role.
