EAI’s Partner Finder is a curated platform, with a dedicated workforce from EAI providing high-quality business partner match-making for our clients.
Partner Finder comprises two stages:
Stage 1: Sector Understanding
This stage involves our team providing a concise but valuable intelligence on the ecosystem of the relevant sector (say, Electric Vehicles) in the context of business partnerships. This stage will also provide the client an excellent understanding of profiles of companies that will make ideal partners.
Stage 2: Partner Identification
This stage comprises two components:
- Identification and short listing of partners – This part of the work will be predominantly done by the EAI’s team of consultants and analysts. We start with a long list of prospects using our network and arrive at an effective shortlist after detailed evaluation of the long list.
- Coordinating interactions between prospective partners and clients – This part of the work will mainly involve interactions between clients and the shortlisted partner prospects, with EAI playing an enabling/support role.
What are the commercials for the Partner Finder program?
