In Jan 2012, REpower Systems SE bought the remaining 49% stake in the wind turbine blade manufacturer PowerBlades GmbH from SGL Rotec GmbH & Co. KG.
REpower has held 51% of the wind turbine blade manufacturer since it was established in 2007, while SGL Rotec had 49% of the shares.
