Cutting your AC carbon footprint using digital
Welcoming Rohith Pallerla of Zodhya to the CLIMAFIX Summit 2022, India’s largest climate startup summit – https://lnkd.in/gNnGzhG5
In most countries (including India), buildings consume 30-40% of all electricity generated. And within buildings, ACs are the single largest consumer of power.
So if one were to point to a high priority equipment for carbon footprint reduction, that would be the air conditioners.
Thankfully, this is a well known fact, and equally thankfully, many of the prominent AC vendors, as well as quite a few innovative startups are working on this.
Zodhya, co-founded by a young Indian Institute of Technology, Madras alumnus Rohith Pallerla, reduces AC energy consumption by 30% through its patented AI-based device. And its no-upfront-fee model should make it easier for users to switch to its technology faster.
It is my pleasure to welcome Rohith Pallerla, Co-founder & CEO of Zodhya to the CLIMAFIX Summit 2022.
I look forward to Rohith sharing his insights at the CLIMAFIX Summit 2022, co-organized by his own alma mater ( Energy Consortium – IIT Madras) and EAI Energy Alternatives India, and held at the IIT M Research Park, Nov 25 & 26, 2022. More about the summit from here – https://lnkd.in/gNnGzhG5
