- The Radisson Blu Hotel in Frankfurt is implementing fuel cell technology to meet a significant portion of its energy needs, reducing its reliance on the power grid.
- The use of fuel cells is expected to supply approximately 3GWh of electricity and 2GWh of heat, significantly lowering the hotel’s carbon footprint.
- This initiative is a part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and has the potential to reduce CO2 emissions by about 600 tons per year, equivalent to the emissions from 50,000 cars driving 100 kilometers.
