In a world increasingly threatened by climate change, innovative solutions are paramount. Qualivon Technologies, led by Sandeep, is at the forefront with its pioneering sensing platform for effective greenhouse gas (GHG) measurements. In this blog, we delve into the details of this groundbreaking technology introduced at CLIMAFIX 2022.

During CLIMAFIX 2022, Sandeep, the founding member of Qualivon Technologies Private Limited, introduced their innovative sensing platform for effective greenhouse gas (GHG) measurements. He highlighted the critical issue of global warming, especially in India, where greenhouse gas emissions have risen to 3.6 billion tons. Sandeep emphasized the urgent need for solutions, stressing the importance of measuring and monitoring greenhouse gases efficiently.

The Solution:

Qualivon Technologies is developing a groundbreaking solution using nanotechnology to build sensors, drastically reducing their size to that of a rice grain while maintaining the ability to identify multiple gases. The chip, fabricated in Switzerland, offers advantages over traditional electronics, including lower power consumption and greater tolerance to environmental conditions.

Value Proposition:

Their value proposition includes high-sensitivity sensing systems, auto-calibration of sensors, and uninterrupted measurements for air quality monitoring companies. For industrial gas analyzers, they offer multiple gases within a single device, reducing the cost of ownership and alleviating maintenance and calibration issues.

Market Potential:

The global market for photonic sensors in gas monitoring and analysis is projected to reach $3.8 billion by 2025. Qualivon aims to be a key player, surpassing competitors with the ability to detect 12 to 15 molecules in a single chip. They plan to act as OEMs, selling sensors to air quality monitoring companies, and offering licensing options.

Achievements:

Qualivon Technologies has raised 2 million INR under the Startup India seed fund.

Qualivon Technologies is an emerging & promising professional entity in the field of GHG management, addressing the critical issue of global warming with their innovative sensing platform. Their dedication to providing efficient, cost-effective, and reliable solutions for air quality monitoring and industrial gas analysis is commendable. With the support of their talented team and advisors, Qualivon Technologies is poised to make a significant impact in the fight against climate change.
