Uranus Renewable Pvt Ltd, a Chennai based startup, saw an opportunity in used cooking oil (UCO), which was previously viewed as a threat by environmentalists. The compnay now collects almost three tonnes of UCO which is then converted into almost 70,000 litres of biodiesel.
