Swachhata Startup Challenge winners receive Rs 25 lakhs grant from MoHUA and AFD

Organized by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, AFD (Agence Fracaise de Developpement), with Villgro as the implementation partner.

Winners are:

Genrobotics - robotic scavengers to clean sewages and manholes
Kabadiwala - sell and schedule free pickup of wastes
Bintix Waste Research - collection, weighting, sorting and recyling of dry waste coming from households
Recycler India-Saltech - residential and industrial solid waste to high-performance composite building materials
Jal Sevak - Wastewater recycling
GreenJams - carbon negative building materials out of crop residues
Mudita & Rajesh - Upcycing of chicken waste
Green Delight - FDA approved, organic, biodegradable sanitary pads
KNP Arises - Sustainable disposal of used cooking oil
Cherries - multifinctional sanitation management equipment for fecal and sanitary sludge
