Solar Mission Guidelines for Off-grid & Decentralised Solar Energy

As you might know, the document for the first part of the National Solar Mission was released on 16 Jun – the guidelines contained in these were for off-grid and decentralized applications and power plants.

I was finally able to locate the full guidelines for the Off-grid and Decentralized Solar Application and Small and Roof-top Solar Power Plants

The EAI Team is poring over this document and I should be able to provide a summary of this in a couple of days.
