SFO Technologies, a company based in Bangalore, India, signed an agreement with a Plug Power affiliate to manufacture and supply Plug’s GenSys fuel cell systems in India.
Plug Power Energy India Pvt. Ltd, an affiliate of Latham-based Plug Power, said the agreement with SFO, a NeST Group Co., runs for five years. Under the agreement, NeST will make the fuel cell systems, support vendors, as well as test and ship the units. NeST said its location will allow it to export products to key markets in Africa and Asia.
