EAI has launched Suncyclopedia, the Solar Encyclopedia .
This is a unique web resource that introduces solar energy in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to all those who wish to understand solar better.
While there are a number of web resources available that explain solar energy, most of these are highly technical in nature. As a result, these are not very useful to those who wish to understand solar energy from basics, and that too in a way they can easily understand and connect the various aspects.
That is, in most cases, solar energy is made to look fairly complex. It is not.
The aim of Suncyclopedia is to explain solar energy concepts and technology in simple and easy terms for anyone to understand. The motto of Suncyclopedia is Solar Made Simple.

View full playlistAs far as I know, Suncyclopedia is the only online resource right now dedicated to being a “solar encyclopedia”.
Currently, Suncyclopedia has been launched with a limited number of solar energy topics – about 25.
Based on reader feedback and inputs, we plan to improve upon each of these topics, as well as expand the total number of topics over 100 in the next 3-4 months.
I invite you to review Suncyclopedia and let us know you what you feel about it, as well as how we can improve it.
